Gardening/landscaping shoe lets feet breathe on hot, humid days

Gardeners and landscapers looking for comfort and the chance for their feet to breathe on hot, humid days may wish to consider the Muckster Lite Clog from the Original Muck Boot Co.

The lightweight shoe offers SRC-rated slip-resistant traction, designed to provide support and day-long comfort. Built from a high-performance, lightweight foam called Bio Lite, the Clog is durable and easy to clean. Ventilation holes along the upper sides provide foot breathability and drainage for water and debris. The upper sole features a series of nubs which allow the foot to better adhere to the shoe when walking.

The Bio Lite material is eco-friendlier than other injection-molded foams and has been granted a Green Leaf certificate by Intertek, an accredited independent third party testing facility, verifying that the product will properly biodegrade in bioreactor landfills.

A Turf & Rec test concluded the shoes provided hours of comfort and traction on both hard and soft surfaces and on wet terrain. Although easy to slip on and off, the Clog also adhered to the foot while walking significant distances.

The Clog is available in a number of colours, including the Mossy Oak Country DNA model.
