Dust bowl-like baseball diamond in Yellowknife ready to reopen with newly grassed outfield

Tommy Forrest Ballpark in Yellowknife will celebrate its grand reopening in late June following a series of improvements, including new outfield turfgrass. The field was previously called a dust bowl with weeds growing in the outfield. The diamond’s infield has also been reconditioned, contributing to the park’s overall improvement.
