Dog owners want off leash park in Kelowna

A delegation of dog owners presented their case to city council on Monday to seek an off-leash area of a park. Jan. 22, 2019 – Dog owners in Kelowna want to have an area at Marshall Field designated for off-leash use, but users of the sports field are concerned about free running dogs doing their business on the field without it being cleaned up.
