Contract of sale could lead to development of Kelowna Springs Golf Course

Kelowna Springs Golf Course, a fixture in the area the past 32 years, may soon be in new hands. A contract of purchase and sale of the property has been signed by a Vancouver developer, with plans to turn the site into industrial land. The potential transaction is not yet a done deal, and plans are to operate the property as a golf course for at least the coming season.
