Cobourg ball diamond to become skating rink once Ontario lifts provincial lockdown

A baseball diamond at Cobourg’s Sinclair Park will be flooded to serve as an outdoor skating rink once the Ontario government lifts its COVID-19 lockdown. The cost of building the rink is about $5,000 and will give recreational skaters another option for skating in addition to an existing rink at Rotary Harbourfront Park.
