Calgary-area golf club’s new owners making significant improvements to golf course

The new owners of Water Valley Golf Club near Calgary are in the midst of a laundry list of improvements to a golf course already deemed to be top notch. New bunkers and the addition of back tees have made the golf course more challenging. In mid-August, the club will play host to the Alberta Match Play Championship, attracting some of the province’s top amateur golfers. More upgrades are planned for the future.
