Burlington to fight aspects of a proposed development project at Millcroft Golf Club

Aspects of a new housing development project planned for Millcroft Golf Club in Burlington, Ont. will be fought by the city. The city is concerned certain aspects of the development plan will eliminate green space and encroach on a floodplain. The golf course itself would be reduced in size to accommodate the construction of 100 new homes.
