Sudbury city council to vote on official endorsement of No Mow May campaign

Program aims to grow pollinator populations

City council in Sudbury, Ont. will be entertaining a motion next week to adopt No Mow May – a program aimed at growing pollinator populations. The program’s purpose is to encourage residents to wait until June to mow their lawns, giving bees, butterflies and other pollinators a greater chance to access nectar.
