Vandals damage structure at Windsor’s new Farrow Riverside Miracle Park

Damage of large concrete baseball estimated at $1,400

Windsor’s new Farrow Riverside Miracle Park has been vandalized to the tune of about $1,400. Just as the city backed an application through the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities Accessibility Grant that would help complete the park project, vandals smashed a large concrete baseball that children play on at the playground.
