Fox Harb’r superintendent grows grass… and grapes

July 23, 2018 – The superintendent at Nova Scotia’s famed Fox Harb’r Resort – the golf course owned by Tim Hortons co-founder Ron Joyce – wears another hat: grape grower. Aaron Little began growing grapes three years ago at a 26-acre vineyard across from the golf course and, when the crop is ready, will bottle wine bearing the Fox Harb’r name.
