Park activities leave public confused, frustrated

Feb. 7, 2019 – Users of the trails at Windsor, Ont.’s Black Oak Heritage Park are confused and frustrated by the shutdown of several trails and the removal of many trees while the city undertakes a study to create a management plan for the park.
