Proposed ‘vertical forest’ would be Canada’s first

Sept. 4 – A proposed new high-rise building in Toronto would be Canada’s first ever “vertical forest,” featuring more than 450 trees growing from the building itself. If approved by city council, the building would more closely resemble a hillside than a structure.
