N.S. course slapped with huge environmental fines

Unauthorized construction over a wetland area has cost the owners of a Nova Scotia golf course $540,000 in environmental fines. The Aspotogan Ridge Golf Course near Hubbards will now be auctioned off after its owners said they couldn’t afford to pay the large fines.
