Manitoba opens door for soccer’s return later this month… with restrictions

Return-to-participation guidelines were released Wednesday in Manitoba, allowing young soccer players to take to the field later this month. The legislation, however, comes with some restrictions. The policy is being phased in in three stages, beginning with no contact training and eventually moving to league play, albeit with restrictions.
