Ice blockage creates ‘water issues’ at Regina football stadium

Oct. 4, 2018 – An ice blockage created by melting snow at Mosaic Stadium in Regina has forced some high school football games to be relocated to Leibel Field. The blockage triggered “water issues” beneath the turf.
