Regina poised to ban smoking at sports fields

Smoking at city-owned sports fields, playgrounds and other outdoor public facilities may soon be a thing of the past in Regina, Sask. if city council passes a new bylaw poised to be enacted July 15. The new bylaw would replace existing regulations that pertain solely to indoor sites.
