July 27, 2018 – City councillors in Prince George, B.C. have dropped the ball in deciding how to operate the newly renovated Masich Place Stadium, an editorial in the Prince George Citizen claims. The newspaper’s editor says the stadium’s new synthetic turf infield is meant to reduce fertilizer, mowing and water costs, but public access is being restricted to half of what was previously allotted.
