Group says invasive species are killing native trees

Reforest London, a non-profit organization, wants the Ontario city to refrain from planting invasive species that may be impacting local ecosystems. The organization claims invasive trees and shrubs aggressively use up water, nutrients and sunlight that should be afforded to native species, putting their survival in danger.
