Big budget cut this season to Vulcan club’s grounds maintenance

Alberta club expects to be in "survival mode" this season

A “huge amount” has been cut from the Vulcan Golf & Country Club’s maintenance budget this year this year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and its director of golf says the golf course is pretty much in survival mode this season.
