Youth to get ball diamond priority in St. Catharines this year

Coach tells city his minor ball team plays on region's worst field

After hearing from a minor baseball coach who says his team plays on the worst field in the Niagara Region, the City of St. Catharines will be giving priority to youth organizations this year when allocating ball diamonds.
