Winnipeg’s oldest golf course marks its 100th anniversary this summer

Winnipeg’s Kildonan Park Golf Course is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. The city will hold a special centennial event at the course on July 28, with the planting of a ceremonial tree and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque. As a further means of celebrating the milestone occasion, the price of green fees is being dropped to $19.21 during the week of July 28 to Aug. 2.
