Tree-borne pests targeted for upcoming spray

In addition to spraying for cankerworms, the City of Winnipeg is launching a spray program for another pest worm that threatens its urban forest. Areas of the city will be sprayed in the coming days for elm spanworms, a purple-coloured worm that defoliates trees in areas along rivers.
