A Winnipeg landscaper says he’s been overwhelmed with work amid the COVID-19 pandemic. A short while ago, Blake Champagne, owner of Champagne Landscaping, said he was unsure about what work would be available during the health crisis, but added this has been perhaps his busiest spring for new quotes.
