City staff in Winnipeg have recommended selling off the municipal John Blumberg Golf Course or perhaps seeking a partner. According to a report made to city council’s property and development committee, the lion’s share of any sale would be earmarked for a fund to be used to reduce Winnipeg’s infrastructure deficit by focusing on recreation.
