‘Whole new dynamic’ given to Charlottetown ball diamond with recent upgrades

New lighting, field upgrades made at Victoria Park City Diamond

New lights and major upgrades to a less-than-perfect baseball field in Charlottetown have given the Victoria Park City Diamond a “whole new dynamic.” Work began on the upgrades on May 22 and the project was completed on schedule.
