Weyburn Golf Club’s new irrigation system pressurized and ready to go for new season
Front nine system costs $533,000
May 12, 2022 By Turf & Rec

The Weyburn Golf Club’s recent irrigation project on the front nine holes was completed successfully and still leaves the Saskatchewan club in a good financial standing, the club has reported. Superintendent Lee Stobbs says the irrigation system, completed in September at a cost of $533,000, was pressured up earlier this week. He has asked golfers to be careful driving carts over the next while to ensure they don’t damage areas where grass is germinating.
