May 10, 2022 By Turf & Rec

Three Kelowna, B.C. golf courses will soon realize higher water rates in the order of 20 to 22 cents per cubic metre within the next couple years. The new rates are said to be below charges faced by golf courses in Vernon and the Black Mountain Irrigation and Glenmore-Ellison Improvement districts, but Gallaghers Canyon/Pinnacle stated it could be facing charges of about $11,000 more in water costs annually.
