Warm March weather jump starts golf season in Windsor-Essex area

The mild weather that hit southern Ontario this week has led to early golf course openings in Windsor-Essex. Fox Glen Golf Club in Amherstburg and Orchard View Golf Club in Kingsvile opened for play this week, and Roseland Golf & Curling Club expects to open sometime this month as well. The warm weather and a newfound enthusiasm for golf amid the COVID-19 pandemic have contributed to the early openings.
