Vandals leave their mark at P.E.I. park

Oct. 24, 2019 – Borden-Carleton’s Marine Rail Park on Prince Edward Island was the victim of willful vandalism sometime during the night of late Monday or early Tuesday. What appears to be the work of ATVs caused thousands of dollars in damage to the park’s grass.
