Police are investigating an act of vandalism to the front lawn of a Kelowna, B.C. elementary school. Sometime during the weekend, someone spun “doughnuts” onto the lawn, carving deep-rutted circles and spraying mud and sod onto the adjacent sidewalk and roadway.
