Vancouver residents can buy trees for as little as $10 apiece to help grow the city's tree canopy.

For the low cost of $10 a tree, Vancouver residents began to grow the city’s urban forest on Monday with the goal of planting 150,000 trees since 2010. The popularity of tree sales over the past five years has led to numbers that could cover Stanley Park five times over.
