A new $450,000 synthetic turf baseball diamond in Vancouver is the first in Western Canada specially designed for children with disabilities, including those in wheelchairs. The project was funded by the Variety children’s charity, the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Foundation and the Jays Care Foundation.
