Turf damage abundant from plowing activity following late snow storm

Winnipeg fields 71 calls regarding torn up turf

April 15, 2021  By CTV News

The city said it was difficult for sidewalk plows to clear the snow, saying plows were often pushed sideways due to the amount of wet snow.
