June 5, 2018 – The Toro Company has simplified the ease and productivity of outdoor tasks with its connectivity to Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
Its SMRT Logic™ product is now compatible with both devices. Launched last year, SMRT Logic enables customers to control their irrigation, outdoor landscape lighting, and other landscape features through their smartphone, tablet, or computer. SMRT Logic uses proprietary technology to enable mobile device connection without having to access a wireless network, along with a secure platform for operation by either the homeowner or landscape professional from anywhere. Now with the added benefit and convenience of being able to manage their SMRT Logic device with Alexa and Google Home, customers can control their outdoor environment in the same way they do other smart home devices.
