Timmins shuts down park as remediation continues

Oct. 2, 2018 – Hollinger Park and its parking lot in Timmins, Ont. are closed as remediation work continues. Sodding has begun at the park’s baseball field. Two years ago, it was revealed the park’s soil surface contained higher-than-normal levels of lead, arsenic and antimony.
