Thunder Bay’s Dragon Hills Golf Course has become a much sought-after destination for winter recreation amid the COVID-19 pandemic. With limited options for people to find outdoor recreational opportunities that can be practised safely during the current lockdown, the course is open for skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and walking, and attracted hundreds during its first two days.
