Thunder Bay councillors question operating costs at city’s municipal golf courses
Staff reported big improvement in costs in 2020

The cost to operate Thunder Bay’s two city-owned golf courses showed a vast improvement in 2020, but councillors continue to question the wisdom of their operations. Staff told council that operating costs had been reduced from about $500,000 in 2017 to just $35,000 last year.
