
Pristine field conditions existed at the outset of Sunday’s Grey Cup game at BMO Field in Toronto, but some wear was inevitable during the course of the game. Only three days after the CFL’s championship game, the field is to be used by Major League Soccer’s Toronto FC and Montreal Impact in their playoff series against one another, and conditions must, once again, be perfect. Head groundskeeper Robert Heggie says he is ready for the challenge of getting the field back in tiptop shape.
