Taller-than-normal grass in city parks generates flood of complaints

June 13, 2019 – The City of Windsor, Ont. has fielded a 40 per cent increase in the number of complaint calls made about the presence of tall grass in both private and public parks. City officials have responded by saying this spring’s wetter-than-normal weather has prevented crews from being able to mow.
