Swift Current gives its approval for new disc golf course in city

Construction can begin as early as April 1

A new disc golf course has been approved for Swift Current along the Chinook Parkway. The decision comes after years of lobbying by the general public for a playing facility. A proper location and a lack of funding were seen as obstacles for the project becoming approved sooner. Construction can begin as early as April 1.
