Company owner says he filled up at the wrong hydrant

A driver for a GTA sod company has been caught on surveillance camera allegedly stealing water from a city hydrant. The company’s owner said the driver was a new hire who filled up at the wrong hydrant – one for which the business lacked a proper filling permit.
