The grounds at a Montreal cemetery have fallen into disarray as a result of staffing cuts. Grass is growing long and garbage is lying about at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetery. Twenty-three jobs were cut last year and visiting hours have been reduced, leaving those grieving frustrated with the repercussions.
