St. Albert honoured with second straight ‘Tree City of the World’ designation

Alberta town one of 15 Canadian municipalities recognized

St. Albert, Alta. has been named a “Tree City of the World” by the Arbor Day Foundation for a second consecutive year. The program recognizes cities and towns committed to ensuring their trees and urban forests are properly maintained, managed sustainably, and duly celebrated. St. Albert was one of 15 Canadian municipalities this year to be recognized for the honour.
