Source: police found man tied up at McArthur’s apt.

As the investigation continues into the murder probe of accused serial killer Bruce McArthur, it has been learned police elected to arrest the 66-year-old landscaper after his apartment was entered on Jan. 18 by a young man. A source tells CTV News police found the man tied up to a bed inside McArthur’s apartment.
