Some contractors recommending heated driveways to prevent snow accumulation

Landscape contractors, whose customers are tired of removing snow from their driveways, are recommending the installation of heated driveways in some circumstances. Heat can be delivered by either electric or hydronic means. Sufficient heat melts snow as it falls, preventing accumulation.
