Several tacks left in Dartmouth park used by kids playing ball and dogs being walked
Tension has existed in past between dog owners and residents

Shubie Park in Dartmouth, N.S., a popular area where kids play soccer and baseball and dogs are taken for walks, recently became the site of a potentially dangerous discovery. Several tacks were found in the grass near the entrance to a picnic ground and ball field. The tacks have since been picked up by magnets.
