Sarnia ready to spray for gypsy moth as long as weather conditions are ideal

Spraying was to have begun May 15 and May 20

Sarnia expects to begin its gypsy moth spraying program this week as long as the weather and development of moth larvae are optimal. A 64-hectare area is slated to be sprayed by helicopter, but conditions must be right to prevent drift.
