Revised clean yard bylaw endorsed for Guelph/Eramosa Township

Bylaw aimed at addressing issue in a more timely fashion

A new bylaw for the Township of Guelph/Eramosa has been endorsed, aimed at clamping down on exterior yard maintenance. “Bylaw officers can deal with (offenders) directly now under the clean yards bylaw rather than providing a notice and providing almost three weeks to comply,” CAO Ian Roger said.
