Report sidewalk plow damage to turf in Toronto and city will make the repairs

With temperatures about to plummet in the Toronto area and some snow on the way, sidewalk plows are expected to be put to work. With that may come the inevitable gouging of turf on either side of the sidewalk. But reporting such damage to 311 will result in a spring fix.
