Golf courses were a tough sell prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. But with a soaring interest in golf, reflected by significant increases in the number of rounds played in 2020 and 2021, golf courses are marketable once again. Three British Columbia golf courses have recently found buyers after years on the market. One Lower Mainland course has just been sold after being listed at $5.9 million, and another in the area is preparing to come to market.
